The Royal Canadian College of Organists, Edmonton, presents Tim Pyper of Calgary Friday April 25, 8:00 pm at First Presbyterian Church, Edmonton. This is the final concert of our 2014 Organic – Organ in Concert Series.

A New York state graduate (Eastman School of Music and Cornell University), award-winning Canadian organist Tim Pyper performs on the 1909 Casavant organ at First Presbyterian Church. Appointed in 2010 as music director and organist at Cathedral Church of the Redeemer in Calgary, Tim Pyper continues a long line of distinguished Canadian musicians who have brought strong and creative musical leadership to Calgary.

Organics – Organ in Concert was founded as Sundays at Three in1980. We bring world-class musicians, our local artists and up-and-comers in the organ world while show-casing the high caliber instruments of our city.

Please note: this concert is replacing the original concert that was scheduled to be on May 2. Tickets purchased for that performance will be honored at the door.
